⊞ What was the problem?
In 2018, recruiting was still manual, slow, and skewed toward resume review. The real design challenge: making the abstract results of machine learning readable and trustworthy for non-technical HR teams.
♖ What was my role?
One of the three founding designers. I was responsible for the end-to-end UX and UI: user research, information architecture, dashboards, and matching scoring systems.
☑ Results
Delivering the MVP proved instrumental in accelerating the company's formal incorporation and securing strategic backing from Lanzadera, Spain's leading startup accelerator.
