Reby (2023) — improving sustainable mobility
Product design for a European micromobility startup operating electric scooters and motorcycles in more than 15 cities.
What was the problem?
In urban micromobility, services are interchangeable, and retention is very difficult. High customer churn, low margins, and costly on-the-ground logistics made growth unsustainable without first improving the product experience.
What was my role?
Senior Product Designer on the Growth and Retention team. I worked on two levels: consumer-facing flows for subscriptions and recurring passes, and internal operational interfaces for fleet logistics management across multiple countries.
Results
14% reduction in user churn rate in key markets after redesigning the pricing system and subscription funnel.
